Refund Policy
Unlike our other products, LeadBuilder does not come with a money back guarantee. The reason for this is quite straight forward: once you have a customer list, it can't be returned since it's an electronic mailing list. Also, because our LeadBuilder program involves a significant amount of time and effort on our part to coordinate with your business in order to build customized list, we cannot recover this cost with a refund policy in place. Compare our pricing to other business directory services, and you'll see that a small investment in LeadBuilder is well worth the cost. Also, because of our flexible pricing policy, you can start of small, and increase your business contacts as your sales grow.
